in my former life as a chef, i developed a unique perspective how to be efficient, prepared, and perform well under pressure that translates into how I approach my work as a creative. ultimately i love turning complex challenges into simple solutions, and have successfully done so for a wide range of amazing clients across different settings. from early stage start ups to agencies, large enterprises, and even as solo freelancer - you name it, i've done it.

after almost a decade as a design leader, i've learned that great results happen when my team feels happy and inspired. it's my priority to create a collaborative and inclusive environment where they can safely explore, iterate, and make mistakes. giving my team the support and freedom they need to grow has always ended up fuelling their desire to create their best work - work that they can be proud of!
